Billing questions
Are WhatsApp message fees included?
No. Meta charges for WhatsApp template messages directly to your own Meta account, at Meta's published rates. Replies within 24 hours of a customer's message are free. SocialChat does not add anything on top.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Move to a bigger or smaller plan from Billing in the app whenever your team or volume changes.
What happens when I reach a limit?
SocialChat shows a clear message when something would go over your plan, for example adding an eleventh team member on Growth. Monthly allowances such as AI replies and campaign messages start again each month, and you can upgrade at any time to raise them. On the Custom plan there are no limits to reach.
How do I pay?
Plans are priced in US dollars and charged in Pakistani rupees at the rate on the day, by debit or credit card or from an Easypaisa account. The rupee prices shown under each plan are a guide.
